Presenting at the Festival

Bend Yoga Festival is a highly curated event. We receive far more presentation inquiries than we can accommodate, and we’re intentional about how we build each year’s lineup.

Rather than booking presenters for promotional leverage or as part of a sponsorship, we prioritize ongoing relationships within the regional yoga community.

For that reason, we’ve created the Studio Circle — a way to build connection over time. It’s not a direct pathway to presenting. It’s an opportunity for us to be in relationship with studios and teachers whose values align with the spirit of the festival.

As we thoughtfully invite future presenters, those relationships matter.

A Reimagined Vendor Experience

Rather than a traditional vendor marketplace, BYF curates a smaller, more interactive and thoughtfully integrated experience.

We prioritize offerings that meaningfully enhance the attendee experience — through conversation, education, artistry, or hands-on engagement — rather than rows of transactional booths.

Vendor spaces within the Liminal Lounge (scheduled Thursday and Friday evening) are intentionally limited. A small number of additional opportunities exist for aligned integrations within festival programming.

Volunteer With Us

Jobs include:

  • Welcoming attendees and checking them in

  • Setting up and beautifying venues

  • Tearing down and restoring venues

  • Staffing the hospitality suite on Thurs & Friday mornings between sessions

  • Helping vendors during set-up & tear-down

  • supporting A/V at venues

  • Running errands

  • …and more!

Our volunteers are the key to making the festival happen — it truly takes a village!

Requirements to volunteer at BYF:

  • minimum 3-day commitment required (those able to commit to 4-days are prioritized)

  • ability to attend mandatory training/work session on the Wednesday evening before the festival

  • ability to work one four-hour shift each day that you attend (either morning or evening)

  • Flexibility, willingness to pitch-in, and the ability to stay calm and focused on customer service while busy!
