PASS FAQs
Get your questions answered here!
1) What are the pass types?
We offer:
4-day passes valid for Thursday-Sunday
3-day passes valid for Friday-Sunday
2-day passes valid for Saturday-Sunday
And add-on tickets for outdoor adventures and other specially-crafted activities and workshops, typically offered at significantly lower rates than if you purchased the session outside of the festival. Add-on tickets go on sale in April.
“Pass prices increase on February 28th for all pricing tiers. The schedule goes live on that date, and passholders will begin scheduling their sessions!”
2) Where can I buy the passes and add-on tickets?
On our website, the “Get Your Pass” page.
3) What does a pass include?
Your festival pass typically includes two morning sessions, one afternoon session, unlimited community sessions, and evening programming, for each day that your pass is valid. (We’ve found over the years that three yoga-based sessions each day is exactly the right number to prevent no-shows in workshops that happen later in the festival, and to ensure attendees leave feeling the love rather than totally exhausted. This also gives you space in your schedule to enjoy our other types of programming as well as Bend itself!
4-Day passholders also receive a sustainably made re-usable shopping tote and access to the hospitality suite during Thursday & Friday morning. The first yoga session starts at 1pm Thursday; there are add-on sessions in the morning.
3-Day passholders have access to the hospitality suite on Friday morning, as well.
2-Day passholders have access to a full day of programming on Saturday, and morning programming Sunday, and add-on sessions both days, including Sunday afternoon.
4) I’m new to yoga — is it all really flexible, advanced yogis?
No. This festival is designed for real bodies and a wide range of experience levels. Every year we have people attend who’ve never done yoga before – they just felt called to experience our beautiful, immersive, healing fest. We care about community, and our community includes all beings, all bodies, all paths, from the absolute beginner to experienced practitioner. Sessions are clearly labeled by intensity and style, and teachers are selected for inclusive, skillful instruction.
5) I bought my pass, but how do I choose my sessions?
Session scheduling begins on February 28th – those who have their passes by then begin registering for sessions on that date. Enjoy!
Here’s how it works:
On Feb. 28 (if you have your pass by then); or after that date, within 45 minutes or so of buying your pass, watch your email for an invitation to login from Sched.com. Check spam if you don’t see it after an hour.
Click the link in that email, create a password, and BOOM! You’re in! Pick your sessions; be sure to read the full session information before adding it to your schedule to ensure it’s a good fit for you.
6) Will sessions be full by the time I try to choose my sessions?
No, typically not. But the best way to ensure availability (and lowest rate) is to buy your pass early so you can create your schedule early.
7) I have my pass and it’s past Feb. 28, but I can’t login to the schedule to pick my sessions. Why?
Three possible reasons:
You’re trying to login with an email address that’s different from the one you gave us when you bought the pass. Check which email you used to buy the pass, and use it to try to login.
The invite to login from Sched.com went to your spam. Check there.
Ensure you’re trying to login to the “Bend Yoga Festival 2026” Sched page which is embedded on our website here.
8) I have a four day/three day/two day pass. When should I plan to arrive in Bend?
For 4-day passes: the first yoga session starts at 1pm on Thursday; but add-on sessions are available in the morning.
For 3-day passes: the first sessions start in the early morning on Friday; plan to arrive the night before.
For 2-day passes: the first sessions start in the early morning on Saturday, so plan to arrive Friday night. The last yoga sessions on Sunday end around noon, but there are add-on sessions available in the afternoon.
“Pass prices for all tiers and types increase on February 28th, and again on May 15th.”
9) Are refunds allowed?
No. Passes are non-refundable for any reason whatsoever, but you can apply your pass to the following year’s festival, or transfer it to another person.
10) What should I do if my question isn’t answered here?
Take some deep breaths and reach out to hello@bendyogafestival.com. It will all work out beautifully, we promise!
Why Buy Early?
Passes are released in limited pricing tiers. All price tiers increase when the full schedule drops on February 28. There are limited passes available in each tier and they will sell out. Buying early locks in the lowest available rate and guarantees access before demand increases. And if you buy before or on Feb. 28th, you’ll get priority scheduling when the schedule drops on that date!
